After a Bachelor of Science in media technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg and working in the camera departement for 6 years, Holger studied Cinematography at the reknown University of Television and Film Munich.

Since 2008 he was director of photography , 2nd unit dp and operator for international and german feature films and tv shows as well as dozens of shortfilms, music clips and commercials.
